Whether you are new to yoga or you have been practicing for years, my prenatal classes are designed to help you navigate through your motherhood journey. Suitable from 12-14 weeks right up until your baby arrives.
By strengthening and stretching your body, these classes will help to alleviate any pregnancy related ailments and best prepare you for a positive birth.
Each session will start with a discussion covering a variety of pregnancy and birth related topics. Allowing your knowledge and understanding to grow each week and in turn help you to make informed decisions about your pregnancy and birth.
These classes are also a great way to meet other mums to be, getting to share this indescribable and wonderful experience together. You will be invited to join our Bhakti community with monthly meet ups creating a wonderful support network.
