Parent and baby
My Postnatal classes are the perfect continuation from my prenatal class. We will focus on rebuilding your strength and core muscles after your pregnancy and stretch your entire body. Suitable from six weeks post vaginal delivery or eight weeks post caesarian.
Nurturing the bond between you and your baby as you interact throughout the practice. Giving them a lovely stretch and some baby massage too.
An opportunity to look after your own wellbeing with your baby enjoying the session with you.
Each class offers a tea and cake session afterwards, which is a lovely way to meet other parents and babies in the local area. You will also gain access to an online support network, as well as being invited to attend our monthly meet ups.

Stefi: I have been doing pregnancy yoga classes with Ashleigh for many weeks now and feel I have really benefitted from her knowledgeable and calming approach. She always encourages a connection between me and my baby, bringing me back to the personalised pregnancy affirmation chosen at the beginning of each class. Both my body and mind both feel at ease after a class with Ashleigh as she provides a perfect combination of stretching, strengthening and relaxation. Ashleigh gives plenty of options and modifications to suit all stages of pregnancy and gives me the space to complete movements in my own breath, a very important consideration as I’ve found this has really changed as my pregnancy has progressed! Her flows are fluid and her visualisations bring a warming touch to postures and movements. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ashleigh for making my body feel better during my pregnancy and for further nurturing my bond with my baby as a result of her classes.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"I've been attending post-natal mum and baby yoga classes both in-person and virtually over the past few months and they have been great! It's so nice to connect with other mums in the calm and safe atmosphere created by Ashleigh. The yoga practice is varied and plenty of modifications and options are given so you can improve each week and slowly build back your fitness in a low impact way. I wasn't sure about virtual classes initially, but they've been a lifeline and a highlight of my week. Would highly recommend for any new mums."
