My signature 1-hour Bhakti Flow is a blend of both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, aimed to relax your body and slow your mind, as well as improving your overall strength and flexibility. I focus on postures and sequences that welcome relaxation, whilst getting you to practice calming, breathing techniques, that you can use both on and off the mat, helping you find that moment of calmness during your everyday life.
These classes will take place at both sunrise & sunset, at the beautiful St Georges Park in Bristol (BS5). Due to current restrictions, all classes will be following social distancing guidelines and for hygiene reasons, we ask all attendants to bring their own mat, block and straps if needed.

Ashleigh creates a space where I can feel safe to relax, unwind and forget about the day. Her classes flow beautifully giving me the chance to really connect with my breath whilst always challenging me to go a little deeper in my practice. Ashleigh's voice and choice of music to accompany the practice is always so soothing and creates a beautiful atmosphere to let yourself get lost in.
