Keeping you up to date with the most recent news on COVID-19, and how Bhakti Yoga and Hypnobirthing is responding to help keep your classes running.

Making sure you still feel fully supported and prepared is my main priority, and I am doing everything to make sure this still happens. This page will be kept up to date should guidance change. I know how important these classes are to you and the support you get from them, and I want you to know that I am doing everything in my power to keep you safe whilst giving you the unconditional support you need especially at a time like this. 

Classes going forward from 3rd December 2020

Local restrictions in place in Bristol - Tier 3

I am continuously monitoring the government guidelines and risk assessing how we can move forward with classes in a safe way. The Government has recently changed the guidance putting the country into a tier systems. I aim to balance government guidance around the safe delivery of our classes.


To keep you safe, I will be doing the following:


Lockdown - ALL classes will continue via Zoom
Tier 1 - ALL classes will continue face to face
Tier 2 - ALL classes will continue face to face
Tier 3 - Prenatal classes will continue live on Zoom & Parent and baby yoga will continue in person


The tier system is being reviewed every two weeks. Should the tier we are currently in change effecting our classes I will be in contact with you straight away.

Covid Secure Classes

Please STAY AT HOME if you or anyone in your household has had any COVID-19 symptoms (e.g. new persistent cough, high temperature, loss or change of smell or taste) you MUST NOT attend the class. You must stay at home and isolate for 14 days or until you have been tested for coronavirus.

At Bhakti Yoga and Hypnobirthing the health and safety of our mums and dads is paramount. Each class has been risk assessed to comply with being Covid Secure. I want to reassure you every measure is being taken to protect you whilst creating a nurturing, relaxed and supportive environment for you to prepare and bond with your baby.

We are doing everything to keep you safe by:


  • Only permit pre-booked clients to enter class. This ensures we have all the relevant contact details and medical questionnaires 

  • Limit class numbers to comply with the latest social distancing guidelines 

  • Maintain 2 metres social distancing at all times

  • Masks to be worn at all times unless you have been exempt to wear one

  • Space classes out to allow for adequate cleaning between classes

  • I will use hand sanitiser at the start and end of each class

  • Clean all hard surfaces before and after class

  • Yoga mats will be cleaned before and after each class

  • I will ask you to bring your own equipment to class like blankets, pillows, rattles and toys for baby classes

  • Keep the venue well ventilated before, during and after the class

  • Provide hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities 

  • Use a back-to-back or side-to-side working rather than face to face when ever possible

  • At no point am I allowed to handle your baby (during baby classes)

  • Keep your details for the purpose of track and trace
