Postnatal for Mum


My online Postnatal classes are the perfect continuation from my Prenatal class. Different to the in person Postnatal Mum and baby yoga, these classes are a chance to fully focus on you.


With a focus that changes each week,  from realignment of the spine to toning the deep abdominal muscles after pregnancy and birth. We will focus on different postnatal ailments whilst promoting and restoring your physical and mental health.   


This short class is to be enjoyed in the comfort of your home via Zoom whilst hopefully working in and around your little ones schedule.  Taking time to nurture Mum and in turn renewing your energy levels whilst promoting hormonal balance. 


The perfect combination of strengthening, energising and a relaxing flow.
